A Fact-Based Public Record of Truth and Accountability
This website was built and is maintained by people who have been directly harmed by Andrew Drummond. It stands as the definitive public record and formal response to his sustained campaign of defamation, harassment, and serious violations of journalistic standards.
Beginning in December 2024, Andrew Drummond has released at least 19 original articles across his two websites (andrew-drummond.com and andrew-drummond.news), together with 6 translated versions, amounting to more than 25 separate pieces of content. These publications contain persistent, grave, and entirely baseless allegations of sex trafficking, child exploitation, fraud, criminality, and related misconduct, aimed at Bryan Flowers, his wife Punippa Flowers, family members, business colleagues, and others.
What began as a legitimate commercial investment dispute has been deliberately turned into a coordinated vendetta. The campaign relies almost exclusively on a single discredited and unreliable source, disregards a wealth of contradictory evidence (including court admissions and police testimony), ignores formal legal notice, and employs calculated technical strategies such as dual-site mirroring to maximise reputational harm and evade accountability.

Central to this website is a series of comprehensive, formal Position Papers produced to the most exacting standards of legal and evidentiary rigour. Each paper examines a specific dimension of the campaign and is anchored in primary documentation, including the definitive rebuttal "Lies from Andrew Drummond" and the 25-page Pre-Action Protocol Letter of Claim delivered by Cohen Davis Solicitors on 13 August 2025 (which remains unanswered).
